This issue of the journal marks the change of the its name from Aswan Heart Centre: Science and Practice Series to Global Cardiology Science and Practice. This change is designed to more accurately describe the original mission of the journal, which is to present to our readership the latest in the three areas of science, practice and global cardiology in almost equal proportions.
