New submission system for GCSP

All submissions for GCSP should now be sent to the Editorial Office via the new online submission system.
To access the submission system, users will need to register/log in and then go thorugh the simple 5-step process to send their submission to the Journal.
Once logged in, go to User Home and 'New submission'.
This system replaces the previous submission system at QScience, which should not be used now.
